Compression
Raw rubber consists of polymer chains with long molecules whose pulp is not connected to each other, and since these chains are independent from each other, their mechanical properties such as tensile, tearing and abrasion are very low. The process applied to bond and strengthen these independent polymer chains by means of cooking, chemicals and heat is called 'vulcanization'. Bek Automotive carries out the vulcanization stage as a fully controlled process by using technological and high precision compression and injection presses with its experienced staff. Process control operators oversee the process every shift. Process traceability and KPI tracking are done through MES software.
Injection

Sheet Forming
The production of metal sheet semi-finished products used in our product groups is done in-house. In this context, the metal mold needed is designed in our mechanical workshop based on customer specifications. After the necessary approvals, sheet metal semi-finished products are manufactured with the help of eccentric presses. During the process, process controls are carried out and measurement approvals are obtained. KPI and traceability records of the process are tracked through MES software.
CNC Machining
Bek Automotive, product andsemi products manufacturing the molds needed for the design and manufacture within its own structure. After the qualifications of the product are studied, the molds are designed by the experienced technical personnel with the help of the relevant CAD and CAM programs, taking into account the surface quality, size tolerances, mold performance and life. The designed molds are the most precise in high-tech CNC machining centers and CNC lathes machined to tolerances. After the molds designed and manufactured have passed the measurement controls, production trials are made. Afterwards, the system is made ready for mass production.
Rubber Compounding
One of the most important factors determining the product quality is the quality of the rubber mixture. Rubber mixture recipes Customer at Bek AutomotivespecificationsIt is designed based on . Recipe components weighed with automatic weighing systems are transferred to closed mixers with an automatic dosing system and the mixture is realized. Mixtures prepared in accordance with customer specifications are approved by 100% laboratory tests before being sent to production. All traceability stages for each mixture are managed by barcoded systems at the stations. Process KPI monitoring is done through MES software.
Polyurethane Casting
Bek Automotive has the capacity to produce high quality products in the fields of both injection and casting polymers with its expert staff in polymers. Bek Automotive products make a difference especially in polyurethane casting and polyurethane coated automotive parts. As in every department, all processes in our casting department are followed by software and the finished products are tested in our laboratory.
